PhotoHunt Theme: Candy
The theme this week is "candy" and my memories of my Grandfather always included hard candy. I think he started carrying hard candy with him when he quit smoking. Now, I don't even remember him smoking so that was quite a long time ago! The candy was usually red and white striped peppermint candies and yellow butterscotch candies, both of which I still love today! ~~~~~Continue the Saturday Photohunt at tnchick.com

My father did the same thing - only he ate jelly beans after he stopped smoking. Personally, I'd rather have a peppermint. Thanks for stopping by the creek to comment on the candy there. Hope you are having a sweet weekend!
Oh my.. that's my favourite candy! But it is very rare here in russia, I don't think I can get any of those here.
i love butterscotch candies but i loooove chocolate more. hee hee! :D these red and white peppermint candies are a familiar sight in restaurants....after dinner mints. :D have a great weekend!

Wow! Lots of candies! I heard they help smokers manage their smoking habit- although I don't know how.
