PhotoHunt Theme: Self (yourself or part of you)
The theme this week is "self (yourself or part of you)" so I looked through my pictures and found any pictures of me were taken by other people. Actually there are not a lot of me as I usually take the pictures! But then after trying to take a good picture of my eyes or of my hands, I remembered some pictures that I had taken of myself, which fulfills the theme for today.

In October, my husband and I went to the Botanical Garden and it was very warm and sunny out and noticing my shadow, I took a picture of it. My head is not really that big and round - I had a big brimmed hat on to keep the sun off of my face! The umbrella in the corner I received for renewing membership - it didn't rain, it was just hot out! So there is a part of me: my shadow. Then I found another picture of my shadow that I had taken when we went downtown to the Oyster Bar. You can see that it was a lot colder in March as I was very much bundled up! As always, you can find more Photohunters here!

I like your take on this week's theme! Great shots!
Thanks for stopping by!
The first photo almost looks like you're a cartoon character with that hat!
I like the shadow shots you've taken. Creative and interesting! :)
Those are cool shadow shots. Good take on the theme.
I love your shadow selves! I'm always fascinated by the shadows we cast and the stories they tell (or the facts they leave out :) )
Your cats are both beautiful and they look similar to two of mine. We had a ginger cat whom we called Tigger and he looked very similar to yours. Your other cat looks similar to my Maine Coone. I enjoyed the memorial day scrapbook page.
That's so creative! I love it!
These are great shadow photos. I remember trying to do this with no success. The first one is especially good.
Have a great weekend.
I like these. Shadows and reflections are great, and I love the two different shapes of yours!
Great shadow shots. Have a wonderful weekend!
Very clever...I'll have to try it.
So many of us did some disguising.
